General terms and conditions

Check-in 3pm Check-out 11 am.

Children below 5 years old sharing existing bedding is free with NO breakfast and NO extra bed.

Extra bed is applicable for third adult occupant only in Superior Rooms and Suites upon request and chargeable.

Bedding request (Double or Twin) is always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

No pets allowed at all times.

Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Advance deposits may be required during predetermined dates.

All reservations will be tentative until the deposit has been received.

Any reservation which does not meet these requirements may be cancelled without notice by  KUN HOTEL

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid any late Charges.

In case of no-show, one night-stay per room will be charged on your credit card.

Payment due upon departure.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

System doesn't allow shorten, extend or amend duration; thus, you are required to cancel current reservation and make a new one.
